- Greens
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1/4-1/2 onion diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 cucumber cut into 1/4s
- 1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp jalapeño powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Top with salmon, chicken, or any protein
