- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 3-4 cloves garlic – minced
- 1 medium onion – diced
- 3 stalks celery- diced
- 8oz mushrooms- diced (optional)
- 1/4 head of cabbage (red or green)
- 1/2”-1” fresh ginger
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Splash ACV
Box of chicken broth
Any other veggie you want!
I’ve used broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peas, zucchini, tomatoes
- Brown garlic in EVOO
- Add in celery, onions, and mushrooms cook until soft
- Add other veggies & cook til almost soft
- Add in cabbage and cook down a little
- Splash of acv
- Add ginger & red pepper flakes
- Add broth & salt and pepper
- Stir and simmer for an hour
