Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
1 tbsp coconut oil or grapeseed oil
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp dried oregano, thyme, or basil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
With a knife, carefully remove leaves of the kale from stems and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale in a salad spinner or with a towel.
Place the kale into a mixing bowl, and add oil, sea salt, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Massage all of the ingredients into the kale with your hands.
Place the kale on the baking sheet and bake until the edges brown but do not burn, about 10-15 minutes.
